Overview & Core Principle

Welcome to Fiyex ("we," "our," "us"). We respect your right to financial sovereignty and privacy. The Fiyex mobile application (the "App") and website are designed with a single, absolute core principle: your financial data belongs to you alone.

Unlike traditional fintech apps, Fiyex is engineered to operate entirely as a localized, offline ledger. We do not use databases hosted on external servers, we do not require account registration, and we do not transmit any transactional details or analytics out of your device.

Zero Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, request, or store any personal identification info. When you install and run Fiyex:

• No Accounts: You do not need to register with an email address, phone number, or username.
• No Contact Info: We do not scan your phone contacts or profile details.
• No Location Data: The App does not track or collect your GPS location.

100% Offline Financial Data Storage

All financial inputs, ledger databases, category labels, receipts, and recurring expense rules are saved directly onto your device's sandboxed local storage (e.g. LocalStorage, IndexedDB, or secure local files).

• No Server Transmission: Your data is never transmitted to us or any cloud services.
• No Remote Access: We have absolutely no remote access to your transaction records, wallet balances, or account configurations.
• Sovereign Backup: You can export your data at any time via a manual JSON backup file. Because we store no data on our servers, if you delete the app or lose your device, your financial records will be permanently lost unless you have kept a manual backup.

No Analytics & Telemetry Tracking

Fiyex does not employ analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or telemetry engines. We do not track how you use the app, what buttons you tap, or how long your sessions are. Calculations, graph rendering, and data sorting are executed locally using your device's CPU/GPU hardware.

App Store & Platform Telemetry

If you download Fiyex through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, the store platform may collect standard diagnostic crash reports or installation statistics in accordance with their standard developer agreements. These anonymized diagnostic reports are processed solely by the respective app store providers and are not shared with us in any personally identifiable format.

Children's Privacy

Since the App does not collect any personal data, it does not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from children under the age of 13. Fiyex is completely safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Since we do not collect contact details, we cannot notify users directly, so we recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
